Rob has led the team dynamically from the start, focusing on people, process, and technology. He has a highly strategic, transformative approach, supported by more than 25 years’ experience. His wealth of knowledge from roles at Salomon Brothers, Bankers Trust, Credit Suisse, ING, Abbey Financial Markets, Deutsche Bank, and VTB helps us drive operational efficiency, ensure process improvement, and deliver leading services.

Ashley Helm
CTO & Partner

Ash is a seasoned software and service strategist with over 25 years’ experience in The City, on Wall Street, & in Asia. During that time, he’s designed and implemented financial systems for large investment houses including Bankers Trust and, later, at Deutsche Bank. As our Chief Technology Officer, Ash leads our outstanding Auckland-based teams of dynamic, innovative and expert, infrastructure and development practitioners, delivering service excellence to our clients around the world.

Paul Gill
CPO & Partner

Paul’s 25 years’ experience in financial services technology has seen him work in senior management for leading investment banks Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, and Bankers Trust; be CTO of electronic swap trading pioneer iFOX; and spearhead SwapsWire’s push into equity derivatives. Paul leads our commitment to client service and client-led product innovation.
